The Orange County Health Care Agency provides a daily update of testing results, deaths and other related metrics used to monitor the impact and spread of the coronavirus.

New cases reported: 247

Cumulative cases: 58,573

  • 2,348 were skilled nursing facility residents
  • 574 were inmates in county jails
  • 187 were homeless people

New deaths reported: 3

Cumulative deaths: 1,447

  • 656 were residents of skilled nursing or assisted living facilities
  • 4 were homeless people

Estimated recovered: 52,183

Hospitalizations: 150

Patients in ICUs: 55

New tests conducted: 6,261

Cumulative tests: 1,061,350
